How To Lose Weight With A Raspbery Pi And An ESP32

2020 is still young, and many of us started with good resolutions. One could be, "I want to lose weight." In this video, we will cover a "nerdy" way to do that. Which is astonishingly successful,
What do we use:
- A scale that automatically logs its readings into a database
- As usual, we will use node-red, influxDB, and Grafana on our Raspberry Pi
- An interesting scale
- A weight budget to compare. We will create it in Excel
- And, of course, a strategy to deal with the misbehavior
